Our consultation and initial intake is free to help determine if these are the right services for you. Can’t decide which modality would be best for you? That’s ok! Often times, we can incorporate all of them through a hybrid process during your sessions based on your current state and your future goals. No need to figure out on your own!

Sound Healing:

What is sound healing? Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, & spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.

At Bodiac, we can incorporate biofeedback using voice analysis. This allows us to determine any disconnections between your physical body health, your mental/emotional health, and your biofield energy/subtle energy health. Then our system using AI will program a very customized sound healing session with tones, frequencies, vibrational sounds, etc. to help support and bring everything back into alignment specifically based on your feedback reading.


What is meditation? Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. You can meditate to relax, help reduce anxiety and stress, and improve focus/clarity, weight loss & more. Meditation is also a consciousness-changing technique shown to have many benefits on psychological well-being. At Bodiac, we can also incorporate biofeedback to help ensure accurate breathing, measure heart rate variability, and even brain wave mapping to ensure you are progressing in the office but also integrate with your phone for home use.


What is hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy is a type of mind-body intervention to support a variety ofconcerns such as weight loss support, smoking cessation, anxiety/stress support,focus/performance, and many other supplemental options. During hypnosis, you can create astate of focused attention and increased suggestibility to help you achieve your goals especiallyin times of stress when we can fall into bad behaviors and patterns that prevent us from goalachievement. At Bodiac, we can also incorporate biofeedback for heart rate variability, brainwave mapping, and relaxation stages as necessary.

6 sessions – $550
10 sessions + receive 2 free sessions – $750

Digital Biofeedback can be included as needed in your sessions determined by your coach/practitioner at no extra charge. They will also be available for purchase to use personally.
